A Bowl of fruits and a glass of coconut water is a perfect healthy way to immune children.

The Goodness of Coconut water is countless. It is known as the best hydrating drink. It is Known as a ‘perfect food’. coconut water is rich in riboflavin, calcium, Potassium, Vitamin C, Magnesium and Manganese. It is a richest source of Electrolytes. It is a perfect Immunity Boosting Drink.

We know it is important for children to eat healthy food. But getting them to actually do so is a big challenge. Here a few tricks to a help you get them the goodness of fruits into their diet.

FRESH FRUIT ICE-POPS :

Who doesn’t love ice pops..? We can make some fresh healthy ice-pops at home and kids will love to have them.

Ingredients:

A few sliced fruits ( 3-4 seasonal fruits )
Watermelons, mangoes, strawberries, kiwis,…. Any fruits of your choice
Fresh coconut water.

How to prepare:

1) Cut the fruits into small slices.
2) Place them in Popsicle moulds ( available in supermarkets ).
3) pour coconut water to fill it completely. (Can add honey if you want).
4) freeze them overnight.
5) fruit popsicles are ready.

Another method : 
1) Cut fruits and make puree.
2) In a bowl boil some sugar and water to make some syrup.
3) mix the Syrup to fruit puree in equal quantity.
4) Add little quantity of each fruit in layers in the mould.
5) freeze them overnight.

Fruit Infused Cubes:
We can just make fruit cubes and add them into a glass of water to make the water look interesting and colorful to drink
Ingredients:
Any fruit of your choice
Coconut water.
How to prepare :
1) Just cut the fruit and deseed them.
2) Make puree or just leave it as a fruit.
3) Put the puree in ice cube tray and fill the tray with coconut water.
4) Ice cubes ready to serve on the go..
